Join kids’ yoga teacher Joy Sinclair on a special Yoga adventure!
We will begin with an opening circle to tune-in and practice our breathing, warm-up through imaginative story-led poses, get the wiggles out with energetic movement to music, slow down with mindfulness, and close with gratitude – to build confidence, strength, and a sense of well-being and gratitude for others and the world around them. (Parent/caretaker presence requested throughout the event)

About Joy Sinclair
Joy is a classically trained violinist, kid’s yoga instructor, child welfare advocate, and has been teaching music to children for over 15 years. As a child herself and through the years working with children, she has come to experience yoga as a powerful tool for calming anxious thoughts, both for children and adults alike.
In a class with Joy, your child will join an adventure through story-led yoga that encompasses not only physical movements but also mindfulness and breath work. With her background in child development and education, her classes are thoughtfully designed and fun, and students and parents will leave class feeling refreshed and energized.
